Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days after purchase. Contact the team with purchase details; any claim is reviewed before a remedy is approved.
Every e-bike includes a 3-month limited seller warranty for manufacturing defects under normal use. It excludes normal wear, maintenance, cosmetic wear, battery-capacity decline, impact, misuse, water damage, unauthorized changes, theft, and loss.
Online payments are processed by Stripe with eligible card and Apple Pay methods. Cash is accepted in store only and is not an online checkout method.
Manufacturer-published speed and range are estimates, not guarantees. Rules depend on the model configuration, intended use, and location.
